<br />The undersigned, Rick S. Johnson and Patricia A. Johnson, husband and wife, and
<br />Gary D. Christensen, a single person, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land

<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeast comer of said Lot Three (3), Fairacres
<br />Dairy Third Subdivision; thence N89 004'19 "W, along and upon the
<br />south line of said Lot Three (3), Fairacres Dairy Third Subdivision, a
<br />distance of Three Hundred Twelve and Seventy Two Hundredths
<br />(312.72) feet to a southwest comer of said Lot Three (3), Fairacres
<br />Dairy Third Subdivision, said point also being the southeast comer of
