<br />Gary D. Christensen, a single person, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land
<br />comprising all of Lot Three (3), Fairacres Dairy Third Subdivision, an addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, and a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4, S W 1/4) of

<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:

<br />distance of Three Hundred Twelve and Seventy Two Hundredths
