Box 609 <br />3303 West 12's Street <br />Hastings, NE 68902 <br />Consideration: Promissory Note given by Trustor to Beneficiary for <br />$28,900.00 dated September 25, 2002 <br />Trustor, in consideration of the sum of $28,900.00, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, conveys to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale all of Lot 4 Grand West <br />Third Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (the "Property"). <br />Trustor and Beneficiaries covenant and agree as follows: <br />1. Payment of Note. Trustor shall promptly pay when due the principal of and <br />interest on the debt evidenced by the Trust Deed and Promissory Note of even <br />date herewith together with all sums advanced by Beneficiary to protect the <br />Property, with interest thereon at the default rate provided in the Promissory Note. <br />2. Taxes & Assessments. Trustor will pay all real estate taxes levied on the <br />Property, including any tax levied on the debt secured hereby, when they become <br />due and before they become delinquent.
