<br />MICHAEL S. & SANDY S. WILLIAMS, Husband & Wife, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of Ten
<br />Dollars ($ 10.00 ) and other consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and
<br />conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual
<br />easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove landscaping items,
<br />including but not limited to, trees, shrubs, flower beds, grasses, underground irrigation systems, paver bricks, and
<br />other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a tract located in part of Lot 5 Burch
<br />Second Subdivision, in Section Twenty Seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6ih
<br />P.M. in the City Of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement and right -of -way being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />THE WEST NINE FEET (9.00') OF THE REMAINING PORTION OF LOT 5 BURCH SECOND SUBDIVISION.
