<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:

<br />addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated June 4, 2001, and recorded on June 6, 2001,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska at
<br />Instrument Number 0200105378 wherein Christopher Juett is named
<br />Truster; and Mountain West Financial, Inc., is named Beneficiary;
<br />and First American Title Insurance Company is named Trustee,
<br />wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust
<br />therein expressed, the property above described to secure, among
<br />other obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $63,994.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mountain West Financial, Inc. to Fleet
<br />National Bank by an Assignment dated June 4, 2001 and recorded on
<br />June 6, 2001 as Instrument Number 0200105379 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. That by Substitution
