Adams and <br />Tamara E. Adams appear as the Mortgagors and Clayton H. Adams and <br />Maxine C. Adams appear as the Mortgagees. The aforesaid Mortgage <br />was recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds <br />on June 7, 1993, as Document No. 93- 104743, was subsequently <br />assigned to Ronald L. Adams by Assignment of Mortgage dated <br />January 18, 1994 and recorded in the Office of the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds as Document No. 94- 100497 and was further <br />subsequently assigned to Grantor by Assignment of Mortgage dated <br />January 18, 1994 and recorded in the Office of the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds as Document No. 94- 100498.1 _t <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this ��I ' day <br />of September, 2002. <br />RONALD L.
