<br />ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION the receipt and adequacy of which
<br />is hereby acknowledged the undersigned, RONALD L. ADAMS, TRUSTEE
<br />OF THE RONALD L. ADAMS FAMILY TRUST DATED JANUARY 18, 1994,
<br />( "Grantor ") hereby irrevocably assigns, transfers and conveys to
<br />RONALD L. ADAMS, TRUSTOF THE RONALD L. ADAMS REVOCABLE LIVING
<br />TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 2002, AS AMENDED, ( "Grantee ") all of
<br />Grantor's right, title and interest in and to that certain Real
<br />Estate Mortgage dated June 5, 1993, wherein Douglas A. Adams and
<br />Tamara E. Adams appear as the Mortgagors and Clayton H. Adams and
<br />Maxine C. Adams appear as the Mortgagees. The aforesaid Mortgage
<br />was recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds
<br />on June 7, 1993, as Document No. 93- 104743, was subsequently
<br />assigned to Ronald L. Adams by Assignment of Mortgage dated
<br />January 18, 1994 and recorded in the Office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds as Document No. 94- 100497 and was further
<br />subsequently assigned to Grantor by Assignment of Mortgage dated
<br />January 18, 1994 and recorded in the Office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds as Document No. 94- 100498.1 _t
