<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 200210415
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />THOMAS J PESHA AND D LORRINE PESHA, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated OCTOBER 9. 1998 and recorded OCTOBER 9. 1998 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document #
<br />98- 109904 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING EXTENSION AGREEMENTS
<br />DATED MAY 7, 1999 AND RECORDED MAY 10, 1999 AS DOC # 99- 104759; ALSO JULY 6,
<br />1999, RECORDED JULY 8, 1999 AS DOC # 99. 106879; AND OCTOBER 18, 1999,
<br />RECORDED OCTOBER 21, 1999 AS DOC # 99- 110253
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT EIGHT (8) rN BLOCK ONE (1) PONDEROSA LAKE ESTATES FOURTH SUBDIVISION,
<br />AND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
