200210364 <br />23. Reconvevance. On satisfaction of all of Trustor's obligations under this Trust <br />Deed and the Promissory Note hereby secured, and on written request of <br />Beneficiary stating that all sums secured hereby have been paid, and on surrender <br />of this Trust Deed and the Promissory Note to Trustee for cancellation, Trustee <br />shall reconvey to Trustor or the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without <br />warranty, any portion of the Property then held hereunder.
