Stehlik, Trustee for the benefit of Morrison Enterprises, as Beneficiary <br />under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Grand West LLC, a Nebraska limited <br />liability company, on March 9, 2001 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds S So <br />of Hall County, Nebraska on Mach 14, 2001 as Instrument No. 200102018 does hereby, <br />at the written request of said Beneficiary, reconvey to Grand West LLC all right, title and <br />interest acquired by the Trustee pursuant to said Deed of Trust the following portion only <br />of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust: <br />Lot Four (4) Grand West Third Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This Partial Deed of Reconveyance shall in no manner affect the lien of said Deed of <br />Trust as to the remainder of the real estate described therein and not hereby specifically <br />released. <br />Dated September 26, 2002. <br />An�tetHlk.
