<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Decd executed by GENE A
<br />SCHACHER AND PAMELA c SCIACHE% 14USBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Buick,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL 5 2002 mid

<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 200208169 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reutiveyance be executed and delivered:
