WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under <br />the Decd of Trust dated October 6, 2000, executed by Jeffrey L. Gales and Gloria F. Gates, S <br />Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County <br />Nebraska, on October 11, 2000, recorded as Instrument No. 0200008398, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Four (4), in Block Three (3) in Cunningham Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sruns secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />Legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand island, Nebraska, this 2.�September, 2002. <br />s ATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />A <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FNE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />Bey L.
