<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, a claim of lien .S
<br />which was duly recorded as Instrument No. 0200207191 of the Lien

<br />Records of Hall County. In such claim of lien, penholder gave notice of
<br />its lien on 516 E. Stolley Park, Lot 6, Block 1, Roush Subdivision,

<br />Grand Island, Ne raska to Tom Eastwood of 2220 W. 13 Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, for the electrical service for such property.
<br />On September 17, 2002, Tom Eastwood fully satisfied a
<br />comprised amount of the indebtedness described in the above -
<br />mentioned claim of lien. Therefore, in consideration of such payment,
<br />$2,000 Heidi Aken of Aken Electric releases the above - mentioned
<br />claim of lien against the property of Tom Eastwood and consents that
<br />the same be discharged of record. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §52-
<br />154(a), lienholder authorizes and directs the Registrar of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska to discharge the record of the above - described
<br />lien.
