<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 27, 2002, and executed by J. Michael Manley and Cynthia
<br />M. Manley, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
