ARTICLE I. PURPOSE AND NAME

<br />The purpose of this Amended Master Deed and Declaration is to submit
<br />land herein described and improvements built thereon to the condominium
<br />form of ownership and use in the manner provided by the Nebraska
<br />Condominium Act. The name by which this condominium is to be identified
<br />is Indianhead Condominiums, a condominium. The name of the association
<br />shall be Indianhead Condominium Unit Owners Association, Inc., a non-
<br />profit corporation.
<br />ARTICLE II. INVOLVED PROPERTY
<br />The additional land which is submitted to the condominium is
<br />described as follows:
<br />Lot One (1), Indianhead Fourth Subdivision to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lands previously submitted to the condominium are described as
<br />follows:
<br />Lot Four (4), Indianhead Fourth Subdivision to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />Lot Five (5), Indianhead Fourth Subdivision to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />ARTICLE III. NUMBER OF UNITS
<br />The total number of units created shall be ten (10). The number of
<br />units created initially was two (2), a previous Amendment created an
<br />additional two (2) units, and this Amendment creates an additional two
<br />(2) units, and by the exercise of special declarant rights, an additional
<br />four (4) units with additional real estate can be added, which shall be
<br />accomplished by amending this Master Deed and Declaration.
<br />ARTICLE IV. BOUNDARIES
<br />The boundaries of each unit, including the unit's identifying
<br />number, are shown on Exhibit "A" (plat and plan), as it pertains to Lot
<br />Five (5), Indianhead Fourth Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and Exhibit °B" (plat and plan) as it pertains to Units
<br />7 and 8, Lot Four (4) Indianhead Fourth Subdivision, to the City of Grand
<br />island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Exhibit °C" )plat and plan) as it
<br />pertains to Units One (1) and Two (2), Lot One (1), Indianhead Fourth
<br />Subdivision, to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The
<br />boundaries are the unfinished surface of the outer most interior walls,
<br />fireplace openings, if any, up to the flue in the closed position, the
