<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 28. 1995 and recorded
<br />AUGUST 18. 1995 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 95- 105587 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyanoe be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entided thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed m the following described presses, but only as to

<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA VACATED BY ORDINANCE #3993 OF
<br />SAID CITY MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE
<br />NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 21, SCARFF'S ADDITION TO WEST LAWN,
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; THENCE RUNNING EAST ON
<br />THE NORTH LINE OF SAD) LOT 1 FOR A DISTANCE OF 175.0 FEET TO THE
<br />NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE RUNNING NORTH ON A PROLON-
<br />GATION OF THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 1, FOR A DISTANCE OF 2 FEET; THENCE
<br />RUNNING WEST PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1 FOR A DISTANCE
