Donald O. Walker died December 3, 1987, at 78 years of age and a resident of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. His surviving spouse is Bonnie O. Walker. <br />2. The value of the decedent's separately owned real estate located in the State of <br />Nebraska does not exceed $25,000.00. His only separately owned real estate in the State of <br />Nebraska was an undivided one - fourth interest in the following described real estate situated <br />in Hall County, Nebraska describe as: <br />Lot Five (5), in "Anderson Subdivision', Located on Part of the Southeast Quarter of <br />the Northwest Quarter (SE '/4 NW '/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), in Township <br />Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. <br />3. More that 30 days have elapsed since the death of the decedent as shown on a <br />copy of the certified death certificate attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference <br />as exhibit "A ". <br />4. No application or petition for the appointment of a Personal Representative is <br />pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. <br />5. The undersigned as claiming successor is entitled to the above described real <br />estate to in Hall County, Nebraska by reason of the homestead allowance, exempt property <br />allowance, or family allowance, by intestate succession. <br />6. The undersigned as claiming successor has made an investigation and has been <br />unable to determine any will of the decedent. <br />7.
