<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deeds of Trust dated October 30, 2001 and March 28, 2002, executed by Robert J.
<br />Fisher and Lori C. Fisher, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as documents 200111283, on the 5th day of November, 2001
<br />and 200203560, on the 2nd day of April, 2002, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deeds of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The East Ninety (90) feet of Lot Ten (10) of the County Subdivision of part of the South half (S1 /2)
<br />of Section Five (5) Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, being a rectangular piece of ground having a South frontage of Ninety (90) feet and an
<br />East frontage of one hundred thirty -two (132) feet off of the East end of said lot.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust has been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
<br />Trust , the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 23rd day of September, 2002.
