<br />WHEREAS, Morgagurs/frustors, for the purpose, among other things, of paying or
<br />securing certain debts, have agreed Iu execute and deliver a mortgageMeed of Trust upon the real
<br />estate to Motmlain West FineucW Inc. conditioned for the payment of the sum of Eiehly -unc
<br />lhuusand five hundred chdaty dollars and no/jG0 (S8l 00), to be a First Mortgage/Deed of
<br />Trust upon the Premises, recorded in the Register of feeds Office instrument No. o2GYjeZ Id I� S
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, FYve Points Bank in consideration of the premises for the value
<br />received, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby bargain,
<br />consent, promise and agree to and with Murtgagors/Irustors, their heirs and assigns, that the
<br />mortgage/Deed of Trust upon the premises thus to be exe:uted by Mortgagors/Trusmra to
<br />Mountain West Financial. Inc, for the amount and interest above mentioned, shall at all times
<br />be a prior Mortgagc/Deed of Trust and a prior lien upon the premises to the Mortgage/Deed of
<br />Trust as above described.
