KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by RAYMOND
<br />JACK BEBERNISS, JR AND JENNIFER L. BEBERNISS, AS HUSBAND AND WIFE,
<br />Truster, to BANK OF WOOD RIVER DBA HERITAGE BANK GRAND ISLAND, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of BANK OF WOOD RIVER DBA HERITAGE BANK GRAND ISLAND, the
<br />Beneficiary named herein, dated JUNE 15, 1999, and recorded JUNE 21, 1999 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 99- 106213 has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary has been requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as conftrmed by its endorsement below:
