THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by KAY
<br />LYNETTE GEIS, A SINGLE PERSON, Truster, to BANK OF WOOD RIVER DBA
<br />HERITAGE BANK GRAND ISLAND, Trustee, for the benefit of BANK OF WOOD RIVER
<br />DBA HERITAGE BANK GRAND ISLAND, the Beneficiary named herein, dated APRIL 22,
<br />1999, and recorded MAY 11, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 99- 104845 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested in
<br />writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
