200210103 <br />Commercial Industrial Park Subdivision; thence southwesterly along <br />the northerly line of said Lot Eleven (11), a distance of Three <br />Hundred Sixty Five and One Tenth (365.1) feet, to the northeast <br />comer of said Lot Ten (10); thence southeasterly along the easterly <br />line of said Lot Ten (10), a distance of Two Hundred Sixty Two and <br />Forty Three Hundredths (262.43) feet; thence deflecting right <br />98 °26'20" and running westerly, a distance of Three Hundred Ninety <br />Nine and Seven Tenths (399.7) feet, to a point Four (4.0) feet east of <br />the west line of said Lot Ten (10); thence northerly parallel to the <br />west line of said Lot Ten (10), and this line extended northerly, a <br />distance of Three Hundred Forty Four and One Tenth (344.1) feet; <br />thence deflecting left 90 °00' and running westerly, a distance of Sixty <br />(60.0) feet; thence deflecting right 90 000' and running northerly, a <br />distance of Four Hundred Ten (410.0) feet, to a point on the northerly <br />line of said Lot Three (3); thence northeasterly along the northerly <br />line of said Lots Three (3) and Four (4), a distance of Three Hundred <br />Forty and Sixty Nine Hundredths (340.69) feet to the place of <br />beginning and containing 6.899 acres, more or less; <br />desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the foregoing tract of land located within the corporate <br />limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City Council of such City for <br />acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known <br />as COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIALPARK THIRD SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to <br />be laid out and particularly describing the lots, easements, and streets belonging to such subdivision, <br />with the lots designated by number, easements by dimensions, and streets byname, and proposes to <br />cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning Commission and <br />the City Council to be acknowledged by such owner, certified as to accuracy of survey by a <br />registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the easements to the use and benefit of public <br />utilities, and of the street to the use of the public forever. In consideration of the acceptance of the <br />plat of said COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL PARK THIRD SUBDIVISION, the Subdivider hereby <br />consents and agrees with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that he will install or provide at his <br />expense the following improvements: <br />2- <br />
