(the "Lien Holder"), with an address <br />of 2201 West Royal Lane, Suite 150, Irving, Texas 75063, filed of record that certain Construction Lien <br />(the "Lied') as Instrument Number 0200205690 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />The Lien was to secure a claim of Lien Holder against iPCS WIRELESS, INC. ( "iPCS ") for labor <br />and/or materials famished by Lien Holder on the following real property located in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, said property being owned by Donna F.
