WARRANTY DEED <br />Warranty deed made August 28, 1998, by EDWIN C. CHAMBERLIN, a single person, of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, as grantor. <br />In consideration of the payment of TWENTY -NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($29,000) and <br />other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, grantor grants, bargains, sells, and <br />conveys to ALONSO R. JACOBO, of Grand Island, Nebraska, the real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. <br />Stat. 76 -201) located at 934 North Cherry Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />the North Sixty -six (66) feet of the South One Hundred Sixty - <br />six (166) feet of Block Twenty -five (25), of the County <br />Subdivision of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(W' /2SW'G) of Section Ten (10), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth (6') P.M., County of Hall. <br />State of Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded. <br />To have and to hold the described property together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances <br />belonging to such property to grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns forever. <br />And grantor covenants with grantee and with grantee's heirs and assigns that grantor is lawfully <br />seised of the described property; that it is free from encumbrance; that grantor has good right and lawful <br />authority to convey such property; and that grantor warrants and will defend the title to such property <br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />Executed August 28, 1998. <br />C.
