Ziller & Julann K. Zilleq husband and wife, <br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as 'Trustee, which was recorded <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Wall County, Nebraska, recorded as Instrument 90099107835 on G <br />the 4th day of August, 1999, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed oft rust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />Lot 'I'en (10) and the East 5'8" of Lot Nine (9), in Block Fifteen (15) Fairview Park Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Decd of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 12th day of September, 2002. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OI HALL ) <br />FIV F.
