DONNA HARDERS, Personal Representative of the Estate of Doyle Harders, Deceased,
<br />GRANTOR, conveys and releases to CRAIG HARDERS and GARY HARDERS, GRANTEES, the

<br />An undivided one -half interest in part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21,
<br />Township I1 N, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows: Commencing at the North -east comer of said
<br />Section 21 mud running thence Westerly along and upon the North line of said
<br />Section 21, a distance of 330'to the point of beginning; running thence Southerly and
<br />parallel to the East line of said Section 21, a distance of 445; running thence
<br />Westerly and parallel to the North line of said Section 21, a distance of 990'; running
<br />thence Northerly, parallel to the Easterly line of said Section 21, to the North line of
<br />said Section 21 and for a distance of 445; running thence Easterly and upon the
<br />North line of said Section 21, a distance of 990' to the point of beginning, containing
<br />10.15 acres.
<br />An undivided one -half interest in the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section

<br />acres previously deeded to Gary & Lisa Handers, as joint tenants, & which is

<br />10 acre tract previously conveyed to Doyle Hardens, a/k/a Doyle E. Hardcrs and
<br />Donna R. Harders, as joint tenants and as described in the Deed recorded in Book
<br />166 at Page 133 of the official deed records in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -half interest in the West Half of the Southwest Quarter, except
<br />3.64 acres to highway, in Section 18, Township 11 N, Range 11, West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -fourth interest in the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township
<br />11 North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 11
<br />North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M., and one -third interest in grain bins and two
<br />large metal buildings (1124 S. Burwick Road), Hall County, Nebraska - sa< ne AaN ED

<br />HOWEVER, granting unto DONNA R. IIARDERS a life estate therein, for and during her natural
