KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by (� <br />KIRTIS L BOWDEN, A/K/A KIRT BOWDEN, AND SUZANNE BOWDEN, A/K/A SUZANNE L��, <br />BOWDEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated FEBRUARY 25.2002 and recorded FEBRUARY 27 <br />2002 as Document # 200202218, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE <br />IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this <br />Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />PARCEL 42: LOT EIGHTEEN (18) IN POTASH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY.
