The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Leopoldo
<br />Guerrero and Angelica Guerrero, husband and wife, as Truster, to Gary D. Byrne, a
<br />for the benefit of Douglas W. Wilkinson and Dolores A. Wilkinson, as Beneficiary,
<br />dated September 28, 2001, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument #2001- 10036, has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be
