<br />WHEREAS, Randall M. Hartmann , ( "Trustor ") in favor of National Bank of Commerce Trust d Savings
<br />Association, ( "Trustee ") and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. ( "Beneficiary ") under that Deed of Trust dated
<br />April 15, 1999, and recorded April 20, 1999 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Document No 99104070, and
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustor is the present owner of the Property described in and covered by said Deed of Trust,
<br />and WHEREAS, the undersigned desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in place and
<br />stead of said original Trustee thereunder,
