<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this / day of September,
<br />2002, by Ronald S. Depue, Trustee, and is with reference to Deed of
<br />Trust wherein Herbert Koch and Helen Koch, husband and wife, are
<br />Beneficiary, and Dag Bengt Ake Hellsten and Pamela J. Hellsten,
<br />husband and wife, are Trustors and Ronald S. Depue is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on October 25, 2001, and
<br />identified as Document No. 0200110847, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1), H.H.K. Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustors.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or appert 'nr g.
