KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that on the 10 °i day of August, 2002, a
<br />Contract was entered into by and between Nona Dobbs and Darrel Dubbs, husband and wife,
<br />SELLER, and Mary L. English and Kipp English, husband and wife, BUYER, for the sale and Q
<br />conveyance of the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />and more particularly described as follows:

<br />the west line of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter

<br />Eight Hundredths (1,309.48) feet to the northwest corner of said West Half of the
