<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 2, 2000, and executed by Terry Graves and Sharon R. _
<br />Graves, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the 6
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall o
<br />County, Nebraska on October 12, 2000, as Instrument No. 0200008465, and C
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The Easterly One Hundred Eleven (111) Feet of Lots Sixteen (16) and Eighteen (18), Block
<br />Thirteen (13), Scarff s Addition to Westlawn, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 5'" day of September, 2002.
