<br />Wife, Hastings State Bank does hereby subordinate its Deed of Trust upon the following
<br />described premises:
<br />Lot One (1), Scott's Whitetail Meadow Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />which Deed of Trust is recorded as Instrument Number 99- 107953, to a certain Deed of Trust
<br />in favor of First National Bank of Omaha, Trustee for IIastings State Bank, Beneficiary which
<br />is dated the 5th day of September, 2002, in the amount of $49000.00 and which is recorded as
<br />Instrument Number,Ma- C9,cj99 in the records of the Register of Deeds, IIalt County,
<br />Nebraska, and does expressly make the Deed of Trust held by Hastings State Bank junior and
<br />inferior to the Deed ot`Prust held by said First National Bank of Omaha, Trustee for IIastings
<br />State Bank, Beneficiary and to the indebtedness secured by same.
<br />this agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their
<br />respective heirs, successors and assigns.
