<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated August 21, 2000, executed by David Hadford & Annette M. Hadford,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, _ r,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as y \G\
<br />Instrument #0200006987 on the 28th day of August, 2000, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lots 6 and 7, and the West 32 feet of Lot 8, Block 46, Charles Wasmer's Third Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW TI IEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 9th day of September, 2002.
