<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by ROBERT G MEYER AND MILDRED L MEYER; and First Nebraska Bank, the
<br />Trustee and the Beneficiary, dated July 22, 2002, and recorded July 26, 2002, with
<br />Instrument Number 0200207785, of the Mortgage Records, at the Register of Deeds of
<br />IIall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvcy to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described premises but only as to such premises:

<br />SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO TIIE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />TOGETHER WITII ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances
<br />belonging to such premises.
