<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust DAVID J WETHERILT; SUSAN L
<br />WETHERILT, HUSBAND AND WIFE; GORDON D COBLE AND LORI L COBLE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein dated APRIL 16, 2001 and recorded APRIL 17, 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL COUNTY,
<br />Nebraska, as entered Instrument No. 020010,1371 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
