Brennan of Cedar Rapids, Iowa dated February 5th, 1997 as shown on exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. This revocation hereby revokes any agency agreement or authority my above named daughter has over any of my assets, including my interest in the following: 1. The Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) and the South half (S/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW' /4), of Section Eighteen (18), Township Nine (9) North, Range Six (6) East of the 6th P.M., Lancaster County, Nebraska; 2.
