<br />hereby revoke the Durable Power of Attorney given to my daughter Marilyn K.
<br />Schneider of Lincoln, Nebraska and my son Irvin R. Reddish of Lincoln, Nebraska
<br />dated April 29, 1995 as shown on exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
<br />herein by reference. This revocation hereby revokes any agency agreement or
