<br />This instrument, made this 3rd day of September, 2002, between Eric H. Lindquist, a

<br />WHEREAS, on June 11, 2002, Eric H. Lindquist, as Successor Trustee, executed a Notice
<br />of Default pursuant to which notice was given to Peter D. Krolikowski and Tamie Krolikowski,
<br />husband and wife, as Trustors, under that certain Deed of Trust recorded on July 21, 2000 as
<br />Document No 2000 -05899 of the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, covering that certain premises described as:

<br />THE EAST SIDE OF THAT PART OF THE SE/ SE Y. OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 12

<br />P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: REFERRING TO THE SOUTHEAST
<br />CORNER OF SAID SECTION 13; THENCE NORTHERLY ON THE EAST LINE OF THE SE '/4 SE '/4 OF SAID
<br />SECTION 13, A DISTANCE OF 561.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING
<br />NORTHERLY ON SAID EAST LINE A DISTANCE OF 761.3 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID
<br />SE ' 4 SE %; THENCE WESTERLY ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SE 14 SE '/ A DISTANCE OF 50.2 FEET;

<br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting
<br />forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold such property to satisfy
<br />the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on June 13, 2002 as Instrument No. 0200206333 of the Records of said
<br />County.
<br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice
<br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76 -1008 R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on July 17, 2002, Grantor caused to be published in The
<br />Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, a
<br />Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the
<br />described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or
<br />cashier's check, at the lower level lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, lat & Locust Street, Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, at 10:00 a.m. on August 29, 2002. Publication of such notice was
