WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated March 6, 1998, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall 5,545
<br />County, Nebraska, March 11, 1998 as Document No. 98- 102184 of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds Books, wherein Mark E. Roland and Susan C. Roland, husband and wife, were identified
<br />as Trustors;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, 1, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />March 6, 1998, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, March 11, 1998 as Document No. 98- 102184 of the Hall County Register of Deeds
<br />Books, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of One Hundred Forty -Five Thousand
<br />Eight Hundred Four and 85 /100 Dollars ($145,804.85) received from Grantee(s), does hereby
<br />quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto FEDERAL HOME LOAN
<br />MORTGAGE CORPORATION herein called the Grantee, the following- described real estate in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
