Mieth by deed dated December 18, 1980, said deed being recorded in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 19, 1981, as document number <br />81- 000575, said excepted real estate deeded to Norman S. Mieth and Sherri L.
