SCHUMANN and EVELYN E. SCHUMANN, Husband r� \ <br />and Wife, as Sellers, and HOWARD SCHUMANN, a single person, as Buyer, that the following <br />described real estate has been sold under a written installment sale contract dated the g *y of \ <br />August 2002. The property sold under said contract is described as follows, to -wit: <br />Northwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter (NW 1 /4 SE1A and Southwest Quarter of <br />Northeast Quarter (SW1 /4 NE1 /4), and Lot Two (2) Island, and that part of Lot Two <br />(2), Mainland lying East of the Half Section Line and being all of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW1 /4 NET /4) in Section Eleven (11), Township <br />Ten (10), North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Sellers have executed, acknowledged and delivered a Deed conveying the real estate <br />herein, which Deed is held in escrow by the escrow agent, Lauritsen, Brownell, Brostrom, Stehlik, <br />Thayer & Myers, pursuant to the sale contract, which provides that the Sellers retain a first lien on <br />the real property to secure fulfillment of the contract terms by the Buyer. The Buyer is entitled to <br />possession of the real estate from and after the 29th day of August 2002.
