<br />Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured by the trust deed, dated JUNE 28. 1995 ,
<br />executed by HARRY C STALKER AND PATRICIA P STALKER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor,

<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by Equitable
<br />Federal Savings Bank, formerly known as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal
<br />Savings Bank, the beneficiary named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and
<br />reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to
<br />the undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein, located
<br />in HALL County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:

<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described in the
