<br />DELAINE A. DUNAGAN and ROSELAN G. DUNAGAN, husband and wife,
<br />GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN AND N01100 DOLLARS
<br />($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from GRANTEES, "L
<br />DELAINE A. DUNAGAN, TRUSTEE OF THE DELAINE A. DUNAGAN REVOCABLE
<br />LIVING TRUST DATED AUGUST 18, 1998, AS AMENDED as to an undivided
<br />one -half (1/2) interest and DELAINE A. DUNAGAN, TRUSTEE OF THE
<br />ROSELAN G. DUNAGAN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED AUGUST 18, 1998,
<br />AS AMENDED as to an undivided one -half (1 /2) interest, quitclaim
<br />to GRANTEES, the following- described real estate (as defined in
<br />Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201) situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />All of Grantors' interest in and to:
<br />Lot Two (2), in Block One (1), Ponderosa Lake Estates
<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lots Nine (9), Sixteen (16), Twenty -Three (23) and the
<br />Southerly Eighty Feet (S 801) of Lot Five (5) all in
<br />West Bel Air Fifth Subdivision, an addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SEkSEk) of Section Twenty (20),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at a point Thirty
<br />Three (33.0) Feet North of the Southeast Corner of said
<br />Section Twenty (20), said point being on the East line
<br />of said Section Twenty (20), thence running Northerly
<br />along and upon the East Line of said Section Twenty
<br />(20) a distance of One Hundred Forty (140) Feet, thence
<br />running Westerly and parallel to the South Line of said
<br />Section Twenty (20) a distance of One Hundred Fifteen
<br />(115.0) feet, thence running Southerly and parallel to
<br />the East Line of said Section Twenty (20) a distance of
<br />One Hundred Forty Feet (140.0), thence running Easterly
<br />along and upon a line Thirty -Three (33) Feet Northerly
<br />and parallel to the South Line of said Section Twenty
<br />(20) a distance of One Hundred Fifteen Feet (115') to
<br />the point of beginning and containing 0.370 acres more
<br />or less, except, a tract conveyed to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, by Warranty Deed dated March 7, 1983,
<br />and recorded as Document No. 83- 001152 in the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds Books;
