<br />COUNTY OF HALL, IN THE STATE OF NEBRASKA, a body corporate and
<br />politic, herein called Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt
<br />of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
