DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated JULY 08, 1999, executed by LUE J. ALLAN, MARGARET V. ALLAN, H & W
<br />JTWROS., as Trustor, for the benefit of MORTGAGE EXPRESS, which Deed of Trust
