ACCESS EASEMENT

<br />Access Easement to the OWNERS of Lots One (1) and Three (3), Pulte
<br />Second Subdivision, in Hall County, Nebraska, upon, over and across
<br />that portion of Lot Two (2), Pulte Second Subdivision, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, legally described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SW1 /4) of Section Thirty -Three (33) , Township Twelve (12)
<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; thence Easterly a distance of 66.0' upon the North
<br />line of said Southwest corner; thence deflecting Southerly
<br />89 020'21" and running a distance of 121.59' to the actual
<br />point of beginning; thence Easterly along the South line of
<br />Lot One (1), Pulte Second Subdivision, a distance of 358.231;
<br />thence Southerly a distance of 30' to the Northeast corner of
<br />Lot Three (3) , Pulte Second Subdivision; thence Westerly along
<br />the North boundary line of Lot Three (3), Pulte Second
<br />Subdivision, a distance of 359.05' to the Northwest corner of
<br />Lot Three (3), Pulte Second Subdivision; thence Northerly 30'
<br />to the actual point of beginning.
<br />The undersigned GRANTOR does hereby grant this perpetual
<br />easement to the current OWNERS of Lots One (1) and Three (3) , Pulte
<br />Second Subdivision respectively, and does further grant the
<br />Easement in perpetuity to their successors, grantees and assigns.
