<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by MAX A CATES
<br />AND SANDRA J CAM. to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated MARCH 12.2002 and recorded MARCH 20 2002 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 2002 03 02 1 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary, has requested in writing that this Deed of Reoonveyance be executed
<br />and delivered:

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
