I <br />Loan Modification Agreement <br />Providing for Changes to the Line of Credit Agreement <br />This Modification Agreement is made the 12TH day of AUGUST <br />2002 , between RONALD 1 ZIEMBA AND SHIRLEY I ZIEMBA, <br />HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />Borrower(s) and American Family Financial Services, Inc. (Lender), amends <br />and supplements (1) the mortgage to Secure Debt , dated September 3, 1996 <br />and recorded in Volume 96- 107039, at page of the REGISTER OF <br />DEEDS Records of HALL County, and (2)The Line of Credit ( "Note ") <br />bearing the same date and secured by the Mortgage, which covers the Real <br />and Personal property described in the Mortgage and defined therein as the <br />property located at 910 S GUNBARREL RD., GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801, <br />the real property being described being set forth as follows; <br />200209205 <br />LOT FOURTEEN (14), IN BLOCK THREE (3), LAKE DAVIS ACRES SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />Tax Key #400212404 <br />In consideration of the mutual promises and agreements exchanged, the parties hereto agree as follows (notwithstanding anything to <br />the contrary contained in the note or Mortgage); <br />® As of 8 -16 -2002 the maximum amount Credit of which may exist under the Note and Mortgage is increased <br />to $40,000.00, from $20,000.00. <br />® The draw period on the account will end on 9 -3 -2006 The repayment period will begin on <br />9 -4 -2006 and the repayment period will end on 9 -3 -2016 <br />The borrower promises to repay any existing unpaid principal balance and any loan(s) made under the amended agreement, plus <br />interest to the order of the lender. If on 9 -3 -2016 , (the maturity date) the borrower still owes amounts <br />under the note and Mortgage, as amended by this agreement, the borrower will pay these amounts in full on the maturity date. <br />The borrower will make such payments at the lenders office at the address above or at such other place as the lender may require. <br />The borrower will comply with all other covenants, agreements and requirements of the Note and Mortgage. <br />Nothing in this agreement shall be construed or understood to be a satisfaction or release in whole or in part of the Note and <br />Mortgage.
