<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by s SO
<br />JIM L SEIM AND EVELYN R SEIM, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated SEPTEMBER 25. 1997 and recorded SEPTEMBER 26, 1997 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document
<br />#97- 107971 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING THE LOAN MODIFICATION
<br />ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT WITHOUT RELEASE DATED SEPTEMBER 25, 1997 AND
<br />RECORDED SEPTEMBER 26, 1997 AS DOCUMENT # 97- 107973
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />SUITE NINE (9), FAIRWAY ESTATES CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIME III, IN THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
