ROUSH, as Trustee of the Virgil L. Stat. §76 -201): <br />The North Twenty (20) Feet of Lot One (1) and all of Lot Two (2), <br />Burch Second Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Deed <br />recorded as Document No. 200007329. <br />Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor: <br />(1) is lawfully siesed of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except <br />easements and restrictions of record; <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against any acts of the Grantor. <br />Executed: August —3,0 2002. <br />Virgil L.
