<br />NEBRASKA BANK , the Beneficiary manied therein, dated December 23. 1997 , and recorded January 21.1996
<br />in the office: of the Register o' Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Document 898- 100533 of the Trtrsl Deed Records
<br />of said County has been paid and Beneficiary bas requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, inconsideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, renuse, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thercln all [lie interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), Block Sixty (60), Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such prefnises.
